    I got about 10 3 stars come up and have had 2 4 stars: Morgana and Reinhard

    Do the daily quest refresh everyday and you will eventually get them

      I find that GOBLETS ARE GODSENDS IN THE WORLD OF REFRESHES! USE MACH GOBLETS!
