Wasted a goblet on ol' CM. Dang he's useless when you're a certain level. DANGIT!
CM's skill can still be helpful in lower level rallys to support by giving extra morale. This extra morale can give extra help in terms of abilities, such as ninjas or militia. However, once you upgrade ninjas/militia too far, they will cost too much morale for Charles to help.
Would you say he's better or worse than Urza?
