I figured out how many pvp wins you need to get Cannon. 1350!!!!!!!! I'll never get Cannon at that rate!!!!!

Failstreak

As of today,  I have spent 16 goblets, 1040 crystals (or 13 attempts), and 200 more on silver refresh (or 3 1/3 gold attempts) on trying to get a four star. 32 1/3 in a row! #FAILSTREAK!

Many Best Eugene

Though Eugene is more predictable than El Cid, unfortunately his healing isn't very effective.

Sarah got massacred, so she didn't heal much. Eugene was under heavy rains of arrows, and only healing 1036.

Tanks

Tanks aren't typically too preferred in this game, because of mages. Som infantry are not even effective because of damage. I need to find a way of getting higher health to Joan and Reinhard. Maybe necklaces really help.

Merlin

Merlin's lightning skill is so overpowered sometimes. His skill alone massacre my mages AND my archers. GG Merlin.

Englefield

Since I don't have Nicolai, I decided to give Englefield a try. Maybe this will be more effective than El Cid. Englefield honestly just doesn't do the damage of Nicolai. Sigh... No Nicolai...

William Comparison

William is a damager, but unfortunately he doesn't have the insane damages of Leonidas nor the tankiness -damaging of Reinhard. This makes him relatively useless in some occasions, which is why I suggest anyone using William should give him high def and health-boosting gear.

I just obtained a Dream Necklace. This necklace has even further range boost than Super Archer!! Azod is now yet more OP! Unfortunately I can't find where I stored the screenshot I took of Azod sniping so there is no image in today's post. I will get an image ASAP, don't you guys worry!

Horrible Heroes

Some people debate whether some heroes are good or not, but there are a few heroes that are absolute rubbish. skills are essential in this game, and these heroes just don't have good skills. Don't use any of these heroes. These include:

Hilda
Hedvig (maybe)
Alash IF AND ONLY IF he isn't in the front two rows
Robinhood
Charles Martel
Urza (maybe)
Reinhard sometimes used incorrectly.
Carter slightly obsolete due to Gilles de Rais. Carter still good tho.
Philinus' Salvation Light must be upgraded fairly well, otherwise Phil won't be very effective.
Morgana isn't always that good with over-AOE.
Eugene is weaker than El Cid is some conditions.
Joan and her counterpart Shazzo are weaker alone but fairly good together.

AOE

I'm building up a lot of AOE in my army, with William, Belthor, Sarky, Azod, Galahad, and Lancelot. I'm guessing that Edward IV will probably be essential in the long term. Time to buff up more AOE.

Azod the Sniper

Recently, for the first time, I got a necklace (Super Archer Necklace) that increases attacking range quite a bit (only works on ranged heroes). I gave it to Azod, who now has attacking range 450, thus he is able to snipe from REALLY far away. Image of Azod and his troops sniping:

Up To Speed

Through hero training and various exp tomes, I've been able to get my newer heroes (e.g. Leonidas, Gawain, Eugene) up to speed with the others.

Collecting Failz

I'm preparing to do a fail post soon, where I show images of all my fails in Mini Warriors. So far I have some images where I fail to accomplish something I thought I could do. More details coming soon!

Hero-Sassination

I attempted to use militia to stall the four-star heroes in these rallys, and then use ninja's to assassinate. Works quite well.

El Cid > Eugene

I finally decided El Cid over Eugene as El Cid buffs troops as well as heroes, not just heroes themselves, though he may have slightly less survivability. If I get to prestige 55 without any more four-stars (highly unlikely), I'll add either Eugene or Urza into my rally. (Eugene 70% chance, Urza 30%)

Whoa

Eugen, El CID, and Carter have been used together by me. The result: EPIC skill damage protection! At max skills, if Eugene uses his skill and gets Carter, with Carter's skill and El CID backing up Carter, Carter might be able to negate ALL SKILL DAMAGE!!!! WHOA!!!

Dilemma #2: Eugene VS El Cid

I would believe El Cid is the better of the two, but I am still indecisive about this. More to come soon!

Joan Glitch

Joan, why you bugging out?

48 seconds into the battle, Joan finishes off the enemy Hilda.

Joan remains bugged in the same spot 4 seconds later, while the mages have moved to fight other enemies.

Joan is still glitched by the end of the battle.

Paviser Information

Surfing on the forums I found Goathumper saying the following thing on whether Carter is a beast/not:

As for Carter, he has always been a beast. Especially when he has ElCid backing him up. That being said, Giles is miles ahead of him in terms of usefulness. Shazzo will not survive long enough for his skill to be effective (Same issue with his counterpart Joan). I would never suggest placing more than 2 pavisers in a rally, so that leaves Eugene as his only competition. Rally to rally it will differ which of these is better. It also depends on how you play.
If you are runnign ElCid, and the MA's Carter is definatly better, as he will add that extra meat sheild protecting your MA's for as long as possible. 
If you are running a minion Rally, Eugene will be more effective, as your minions will be able to take a hit or three from AOE skills before they die. Eugene will help to keep your supporting heroes alive long enough to cast 1 or 2 more skills and help swing the battle in your favor.

Eugene Glitches Out!

Eugene's skill is supposed to protect himself AND another hero, right? Then why did this happen?

Yes, every hero I deployed with him is on the screen. All three archers, two arbalists, eugene, three healers and Sarah are all on the image. To prove this, here is an image of the rally I used. Why this happen Trinity?

Eugene Falls at the Battle of the Urukhai Plain

Like all weaker leveled heroes, if put in the front, they WILL get massacred. Example:

Eugene, Level 27, killed by an enemy Urza.

1-Taking a bit of damage, enemy mages focusing upon Eugene.

2-Taking lots of damage, tons of magic bolts AND stunned! Troops are dying!

3-Eugene falls, as do his troops. Meanwhile, in his last moments, Eugene notices the might of William avenging his death.

Rally-March 10 2015

All changes mentioned in the March 8 post have been made, my rally now looks like this:

Eugene's Skill

Arcane shield is a pretty cool ability! I'm pretty sure it matches (or beats) El Cid's skill! In the following image, (sorry for bad quality of actual image, chose wrong stage to take screenshot as orcs obscure everything) you can see Eugene using the arcane shield and another hero being buffed under the mist (I think Reinhard, a holy shield is just under the arcane shield).

Personally, Eugene > El Cid, so I removed El Cid, moved Helmar and William each back a column, and put Eugene in the far front.

So far, from what I can piece together here is the story behind mini warriors:

Staged in the land of Matilda? or Matilad? seen it spelled both ways.

I wish Trinity could spell check their words. One second something is spelled one way, the next it changes the next again it changes. In fact, I almost thought Cooney (god of elves) was a misspelling of Cordelia (goddess of elves)

God of Light VS God of Dark

Balthazar VS Nigel

Most heroes follow Balthazar (like Joan) but some do follow Nigel (like Belthor).

My confusion comes in when I realize my army is split between the two gods. Belthor pledges allegiance to Nigel, and Joan heard enlightenment from Balthazar. Shouldn't they be fighting on opposite sides? Me no understand.

Random fact: Carter is king of the dwarves that live in Noserlin. Are there any other types of dwarves that live somewhere else?

Urza is daughter of Cooney (god of elves) and Ermantrude (goddess of twilight). 

Goddess of twilight is Urza's mother.

But Helmar's description completely undermines that fact.

One is a pirate-musketeer, the other is a king of a island country called Lisle. Lisle? Wut?

Foggy Wolf is the strongest regiment of the Caucasian (sorry for racism, couldn't think of what else you'd call and army from Caucasus) armies. Foggy Wolf is lead by Uriah and de facto led by El Cid. William is friends with Uriah.

Shazzo leads four and his team is known as the "five lions".

Shazzo leads Kent, Tyler, Joseph, and Matt.

Matt competes against Kent for the position of Colonel. Both try to convince Tyler and Joseph that they are the better one.

Tyler and Tor have a sibling disagreement.

Joseph is distracted by the though of his widow mother.

William is also friends with Shazzo.

William is most likely going to become king of Caucasus. Is he a prince or something?

Reinhard leads Sandell armies.

Nicolai is nephew of Urza. Nicolai's mother is a Bebryce. What is a Bebryce? Googling time!

Elizabeth fell in love with a man who only loved her beauty. So Elizabeth used relics to regain here 

youth. From her depiction I get the feeling that Elizabeth is on Nigel's side.

Leonidas is a spartan all over again. What does he have to do with Spartacus tho?

-El Cid now used to protect William and Helmar, sometimes Reinhard or the pikemen in case of problems.

Urza the Kamikaze

Urza is a good hero only when used as a kamikaze. I find that he makes well for protecting other heroes.

Review on the New Heroes

Bellerophon seems quite good if you can stall his area for a while (more units = good)
Hyacinth is good only for a front-line YOLO charge, his ability makes him essentially almost invincible for the first bit of your battles ASSUMING he doesn't get one-shot-boomed!
Ignatius is okay, definetely better than some other pikemen. (Urza, maybe Gawain.)
Eugene is decent, and his arcane shield really helps sometimes with defense. Gilles de Rais useless/debuffed now?

Game Update Glitches

The game finally updates, and guess what? It doesn't load right! WTH Trinity?

Pikeman Hero Comparison

Urza is decent tank. Leonidas charges and almost always gets massacred. Gawain is pretty good, with devil attack. Ignatius-not enough data.

That sums it up! But, Leonidas WILL boost CritDmg! One more reason to use him. Urza is probably the worst.
