I attempted to use militia to stall the four-star heroes in these rallys, and then use ninja's to assassinate. Works quite well.
Rally 1:
Helmar's death (he's in the huddle. he got killed so fast he didn't even manage to spawn his clones ;)):

Reinhard's death (got all his minions too):
