Daily Hero #24-Edward

Edward is a personal favorite of many people. I don't have him, but I definitely want him! His epic luck can only be matched by William, and given the fact he is a musketeer, he and his troops can deal NSNE crits. Woot hoot, go stun-bombing lucky pirate!

9.4, because he matches Sarky in excellence.

    Edward might even be better than Sarky. Here's why:
    1. His active skill has a lower wait time
    2. Stuns for 5 seconds
    3. Epic luck

      If you notice, Edward does have less proc rates (30 VS Sarky's 40). Edward and Sarky are equals because Edward relies on minions, Sarky relies on skill.
