Edward IV works well with most heroes. These are:
Galahad
Lancelot
Uriah (maybe)
[tanks are necessary, but Edward IV buffing them is a waste]
Merlin is the only AoE mage, but other mages work too.
William
Octavius? (very streched)
Leonidas
Gawain
Ignatius
[all pikemen but Urza]
Robinhood IF with Nicolai
Nicolai
Edward
Sarky
3-star archers/musketeers
These will generally work well with Edward IV, as the buff Edward IV uses can buff these heroes greatly.
Wasn't it like 850 daily quests to get octavius? I can't seem to remember.

DeleteI'm imagining Azod being buffed. That would be so OP cause I've already upgraded him to ~900 damage with rain of arrows. But then again musketeers are even better when buffed.

Archers do less damage with more proc rate.
Musketeers do more damage with less proc rate.
Archer buffed lets them do tons of damage with lots of procs.
Musketeer buffed lets them do WAY MORE DAMAGE than necessary to kill a unit with lower proc rates.
