There were 8 heroes released in 1.9.
How many have bugs?

Charles the Great
William Tell
Pettyfer
Einar-overproc
Cantello-Chinese skill text
Barfoot-Chinese skill text
Seth is not bugged. It's just wrong description of his skill. He was supposed to work only with aoe. 7 times in one battle is fine, archers also sometimes do it. Doubt Einar is bugged.

Those four have no bugs, I just listed them there to show that 3/8 heroes are bugged.
