Frozen Mop's Barometer
After seeing Frozen Mop's Hero Barometer, I decided to make my own version, just for PL 0-100, since I'm at PL 100 (actually PL 95 but whatever) and I have lots of experience in this PL range.
This is WIP...
? I don't understand.
