The Cut List
List of people who will be cut provided they do not level up once within the next three days:
What do you mean? Are you Rendolf? If so, you leveled up already so you won't be cut. The rule is that you must level up once this week. Not every week, just once this week. You leveled up at least once so you are active and won't be cut.
