Kelly VS Robinhood
Kelly and Robinhood both have different situations in which they could be effective...
I'm not sure if I want to stick with Kelly or swap out to Robinhood...
Both are easy ways to rip through a Reinhard.
Does Kelly pierce Reinhard's shield? If it does, then Kelly will definitely be the one I'm keeping.
Nope. Kelly's lethal arrow doesnt rip through reinhard's holy shield. Ive seen her proc against my reinhard with holy shield a few times already with no effect
